Just a brief update on what's happening in and around HRB. Studio
The
faulty dual cd player has been replaced and will be installed in Studio
2 when I get the time. The new headphones seem to have survived quite
well so I will be getting some more, along with some more
anti-vibration mic clamps. The amp that drives the speakers in the
office and the porters lodge has been replaced (thanks Chris) and is
now working ok.
Fund Raising
Thanks to all who helped at
the fetes, hope you didn't get too wet! If you have any ideas for fund
raising events you would like to run, please let me know.
30th BirthdayStill looking for ideas on what we can do to celebrate our 30th birthday next year. We are looking for one event a month between November 2007 and November 2008. The committee have come up with a few ideas, but would like to hear yours. We need these now so we can produce a programme of events for the year. These events should be both fun and a way of raising money for the station. The final event will be a purely social one, our birthday party - suggestions needed.
