| The PT's Cruise to the Friends Fete |

Members of the UK Cruiser Club bring a touch of colour and class to the Friends Fete on a fatanstic sunny 2nd June.
Stalls a plenty were manned by the Friends, The Members of Hospital Radio Barnet and the Knights of St Columbus & more. A first this year was a car club bringing along their Chrysler PT Cruisers to the Fete. Organised by Garry from HRB and John (Silver Dollar) a PT owner, the car club 'UK Cruisers' brought along 18 cars , many of them customised with special paint schemes and gleaming chrome 
The members of the UK Cruisers had come from near and far, the furthest having travelled up from Eastbourne, others had travelled from Kent, Sussex, Essex, London & Herts. The club went for a cruise around Barnet drawing attention to the fete at the hospital, the cars certainly drew the shoppers attention as they travelled the length of Barnet High Steet 3 times also taking in New Barnet and Hadley Highstone. We would like to thank all those who came along and gave support to our main fund raising event of the year.
